We have recently had a visit from Employability UK. Their mission is to facilitate employer engagement to enhance the aspirations, opportunities and career prospects of enthusiastic and committed young people. Students took part in ‘Be your Best You’, ‘A-Z of Super Confidence’, ‘Free Time’, ‘Health & Fitness’, ‘Next Steps’ (CV’s, pathways to work) and ‘vision boards’. Congratulations go to James Shortland won the Star Student of the day.

ALP Leicester is now an e-Safe School
ALP Leicester has recently achieved the ‘Leicestershire award for e-Safety’. We would like to thank Kyle Spencer for his hard work in making this happen.
Sports tutor, Nathan lead our recent sports festival:
“It was a great day in which the primary learners had their boccia and teeball festival. They took part in a warm-up game, a relay race; a game of boccia and an innings of teeball. All the learners showed great teamwork and lots of skill while doing these activities on a hot day!”
The secondary learners helped too, finishing off their assisting in sports coaching unit of PE.
Well done to all who took part.
