Kate James
I first started working for ALP in 2014 and started off as Lead Teacher – within 2 days I was Deputy Head of a then very small school. Fast forward 7 years and I am now Assistant Head where I carry out my role as pastoral lead and DSL with passion and tenacity. I have been fortunate enough to witness first hand how much this school has grown into the amazing place it is today. The school is extremely student centred and I feel proud to work here and privileged to be able to have helped so many misunderstood young people.
